1 When you place an order it is an offer to purchase.

i) Age restricted items - Your order will not be accepted until we have completed independent age verification checks

2 Your order is deemed to be accepted when

i) Your payment has been received by us
ii) Restricted items are age verified
iii) We have despatched your order
iv) We have sent an email confirming the order is despatched

The contract between us is formed when stage iv) has been completed

3 If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, and no suitable alternative is acceptable to the purchaser, the order will be cancelled and a full refund provided.

4 To prevent fraudulent use of credit and debit cards we instruct a third party to validate names, addresses and other information provided by purchasers.

5 Products sent to destinations outside the United Kingdom (UK) may be subject to taxes, fees or levies.Payment of these is the responsibility of the recipient of the purchase. As we have no control of taxes fees or levies applied by overseas countries outside the UK, purchasers are advised to check whether any additional charges are likely to apply in the destination country.

6 Value Added Tax (VAT.) All prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate. Purchasers outside the UK are exempt from payment of VAT. For non-UK destinations the VAT element of the purchase price is removed at the checkout.
