Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order on the next working day following receipt of your electronic payment. Your goods will be sent by Royal Mail's small packet service: their aim is to deliver in two days across Western Europe, three days across Eastern Europe and four to six days outside Europe. For remote areas like Wagga Wagga, Anchorage or Ulan Bator, please allow some extra time! Special order items take may longer to supply as they are made in periodic production runs or there may be a waiting list. For special order items please email the product description and we will get back to you with an expected delivery time and any other information you require.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already incuded in the price. All other orders are VAT free and the 17.5% covers delivery. All other orders may be subject to local taxes. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will gladly refund the purchase price on receipt of the goods - an admin fee of £10 may be payable for unwanted goods returned. For faulty and damaged goods we will also refund the reasonable cost of returning the goods in addition to the purchase price, your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.
