Old English serving spoon

Old English evolved in the 1750s from the Rattail pattern. A very early design but its elegance and simplicity suits contempary taste and it is our most popular seller. The decorative 'pip' is on the reverse of the spoon handle. In the Georgian era spoons would have been laid face down on the table to prevent the dust from open fires settling in the bowl.
