Returns

The Famous Sheffield Shop complies with or exceeds the protection given to consumers by the 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Unwanted Goods

If when you receive your order you decide not to keep it you are entitled to return it for a full refund of the cost of the item(s) purchased, and the delivery charge. In order to qualify for a refund please return your purchase in original condition including the original packaging. This applies to all goods we normally stock. For special purchases (eg where we have obtained a specific item that we do not normally sell) and for personalised goods (eg an engraved item) any part or whole refund is at our discretion.

Refunds are made into the account that was used to make the purchase. To qualify for a refund please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

A refund is issued when the purchase has been returned in unused condition, with the packaging intact (so far as is reasonable).

Faulty goods

We do our very best to ensure that everything we send is in perfect condition. Should you find a fault with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss the alternatives. These will normally consist of one of the following measures being agreed: replacement, rectification, or a refund.

Replacement or rectification: On receipt of the faulty goods we will refund your reasonable cost incurred in returning them. We will pay for the postage of the repair/replacement.

Refund: We will refund the cost of the purchase, including postal charge, and refund the reasonable cost incurred in returning the faulty item.

Failure in use

Our products are made to last and should give many years of service if correctly maintained. Occasionally an item will unexpectedly fail and should this happen we would like to hear from you even if your purchase was made several years ago. In these circumstances we will endeavour to replace the item or its nearest equivalent, should it no longer be in production.
