Leather knife roll

After a long search we found a Sheffield Company to make us a deluxe leather knife roll. The roll is designed to store all the knives needed by a serious amateur or professional chef. The knife roll is made in Sheffield by Connell's, to our own design. The leather is grease resistant and has been tested in kitchen conditions.

It will accommodate the following:

10 inch steel
10 inch carving knife
8/9 inch bread knife
8 inch cooks knife
6 inch cooks knife
6 inch filleter
5 inch utility
4 inch cooks

...or any similar combination. The knife range illustrated is the Dymondwood 'Earth' range. All our other knife ranges will fit equally well.

The roll is held by a leather strap and buckle and offers a neat and compact way to store kitchen knives.
