Walkabout Potted History of Sheffield - Walk 3

This book is a brief guide to the history of the many buildings that help make up Sheffield's history. It is designed as a series of walks that can be done individually or linked together with other books in the series to make longer walks.

Walk 3 - Begins at the Town Hall and Peace Gardens, then passes through Pinstone Street, Cambridge Street, Barkers Pool, Division Street, West Street, Glossop Road, Leavygreave Road, Mappin Street and Orange Street, before returning along West Street. Thirty-one historic buildings and features are explored over an approximate distance of 3.2 miles, including 85 contemporary photographs, 37 archival photographs and 8 Ordnance survey maps.
